A proven leader and passionate entrepreneur. Educated in research and master’s level, Giby has over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, holding the senior board of director, senior management and technical positions in QA, Manufacturing, Quality Control, R&D and Business Development positions in the UK and overseas. He is a pharmaceutical manufacturing, technical and regulatory expert with a QP (Qualified Personal) status from the Medicine and Healthcare product Regulatory Agency (MHRA-UK Ministry of Health). He has an outstanding academic and professional background and a proven track record in business management and technical compliance to create successful business operations.

Giby can be a hands-on project director to a transforming strategic director board leader through his proven experience and people management skills to create high performing teams. He is a subject matter of expert in the quality management systems and technology transfer process.

Giby has been involved in the Technology Transfer and commercialization of a wide range of medicinal dosage forms, including Sterlite biologicals, between companies and from R&D to commercial scale. He actively project-managed multiple designs and validation of innovative manufacturing and packaging solutions and facilities. He has taken leadership to remediate and secure various regulatory approvals for manufacturing facilities and products from MHRA, FDA, ANVISA and other international regulatory authorities.
